No cancellations is possible for the services offered by WinSkill. In no case, WinSkill will entertain cancellation requests made for services to be availed.
2. REFUND
No refunds are possible for the fees paid. There is no refund policy for the services placed. The fee once paid cannot be refunded in any case by WinSkill.
3. SECURITY

The content of the Education Programme is only for the purpose of Knowledge and not meant to diagnose or treat any diseases or provide any kind of medical services to its client and it shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of health, an injury which rises to a permanent or temporary disability or death or of any kind occurring from participation in any activity or use of fitness equipment arising out of participation in any activity under such coaching. You understand that you will be fully responsible for your wellbeing during the coaching consultations, along with your choices & decisions.
You understand that Health and Wellness Coaching is not to be used in lieu of professional advice. You will seek professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other matters. You understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively yours and you acknowledge that your decisions and your actions regarding them are your responsibility. You understand that Health and Wellness Coaching does not treat mental disorders and is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment.
You do hereby waive, release, forever discharge your wellness coach and WinSkill, and its officers, agents, independent contractors, employees, representatives, executors and all others from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries or damages resulting from your participation in any activity or your use of fitness equipment arising out of your participation in any activity under such coaching.
You agree to hold the Wellness Coach free of all liability and responsibility for any actions or results of adverse situations created as direct or indirect results or specific referral or advice given by the Wellness Coach.
4. Use of content & Copyright :
- WinSkill owns the website as well the intellectual property contained thereon including all programs, processes, designs, software, technologies, trademark, trade names, inventions and materials therein and all the services offered by the Coaches on the Website.
